About Us... Park Rapids Real Estate opened its doors in 1994, by owner/broker Greg Grover. Greg grew up in the Park Rapids area where he and his wife Joan successfully owned and operated several area businesses. Greg's Real Estate career began with Coldwell Banker in 1990. Realizing the growth potential in Real Estate and wanting to utilize his knowledge of the area Greg made the decision to start a new company. Park Rapids Real Estate has been steadily moving forward since.
